Shipping / Returns

Shipping Information

All orders are usually shipped within 3 working days if in stock. Bigger items may be by order only. If the item/s is not in stock, then you will receive an email stating estimated time frame for delivery. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: sales@ndtsales.com.au

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we can ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at NDT Sales Australia. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them. All items must still be in unused condition. Refunds will not be given if you simple change your mind. 

Returns Process

To return an item, please send an email to sales@ndtsales.com.au to log a return authority.

Item/s then to be posted to:
NDT Sales Australia
PO Box 699, Niddrie 3042 Victoria

And also include the following information:

• Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
• Your name and address
• A description of the item you are returning
• Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
